Laura's kissy face was not one of the original sculpy heads that Mel sent to Galoob. She was actually part of the second batch of heads, along with Karen, Carmen, Sally, Naomi and others. Somehow she ended up in the first production of dolls anyway. It's a good thing, otherwise who would be there to kiss Sarah's booboo's?
